12 Nights / 13 Days

Spend time in Sri Lanka with breathtaking views of rolling hills, and misty mountains adorned with glistening waterfalls and golden seashores while experiencing the zen of yoga and meditation.

Day 01, 02 & 03 -

Arrive in Sri Lanka where you will be heading to Hotel Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions in Negombo. Arrive at this seaside city where you can enjoy the sea breeze and pretty sights. Enjoy some Ayurveda after checking into the hotel. Spend day one relaxing after a tiring journey. Wake up early in the morning of day two and engage in some calming yoga to rejuvenate your body. Take a walk through Negombo and visit St Mary’s Church to view the breathtaking murals. Visit the beach to enjoy the stunning views, and make your way to the hotel to relax and do some evening yoga poses. Delve into a meditation on day three, releasing the tensions you feel. Afterwards, head out to try some delicious seafood.

Day 04 -

Bid farewell to Negombo and head towards central Sri Lanka. Arrive at Wilpattu National Park to take in some of the sensational views by taking a safari. This is one of the oldest parks in Sri Lanka. It is a formidable location that is known for the ‘Willus’, which are naturally formed watering holes. There are over 60 of these ‘Willus’ which sustain the lives of the various wildlife that live here. Explore this fascinating phenomenon and come across a variety of bird species, wildlife, flora and fauna. After the exciting safari, head to Anuradhapura. This is the oldest city which exists in Sri Lanka. Here you can visit the tranquil locations of the ‘Atamasthana’ where spiritual and peaceful surroundings are widely present. Check in to your lodging and rest for the night.

Day 05 -

Visit the fallen ruins of old kingdoms that have been preserved through centuries. These ruins tell vivid stories about the hundreds of monarchs that sat on the throne in Anuradhapura. It is a culturally significant place in Sri Lanka. Explore these ruins and learn the tales, after which you can return to the lodging. Rest and prepare to spend some time in meditation to soothe the senses.

Day 06 -

Spend the day in meditation and bliss. Enjoy the subtleness of nature that surrounds you. Listen to the various sounds of birds chirping and the wind humming as it passes by the trees, rustling the leaves.

Day 07 & 08 -

Make your way to the vibrant city of Kandy, known for the majesty of the architecture and the Temple of the Tooth Relic. Arrive at the Samadhi Centre where you can engage in yoga and meditation with bliss and central harmony. On the morning of day eight, head to the Temple of Tooth Relic. Here you can view the beautiful architecture and stroll the tranquil surroundings. Spend time outside meditating in this blissful environment.

Day 09,10,11 & 12 -

Bid farewell to Kandy and head to Tangalle. This seaside city is best known for its pristine beaches, historical locations and colourful culture. Arrive at the Talalla Retreat, a picturesque location overlooking the crescent-shaped Talalla Beach. Take in the views of the palms and blue ocean at this lookout. Spend the remaining few days of your trip enjoying the beach life or engaging in yoga and meditation.

Day 13 -

As the final day of your trip has arrived, head to the airport where you can depart Sri Lanka.
