Experience the peace of travelling to Sri Lanka. Gaze at the lovely surroundings which enclose the beautiful locations in which you will be spending time in yoga and meditation.

Day 01 -

Arrive in Sri Lanka where you will make your way to Negombo. This is a city of translucent beauty. A splendid deep blue ocean with golden sand surrounds the west coast of this city. Take time to explore the wonders that are hidden here, from the succulent seafood to the ancient views, this is a breathtaking location. Once you arrive in Negombo, head to the Villa Hundira, the lodging in which you will spend the first night.

Day 02 -

After resting the previous night, wake up to the splendid views of the ocean right outside your window. Prepare yourself to travel to Digana after enjoying breakfast. This is a splendid city known for its picturesque views and historical locations. On your way to Digana, you will pass by the majestic city of Kandy. Kandy is a world-renowned city which has incomparable architecture. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic where you can receive blessings. You can check into the Rukgala Retreat where you will be spending the night.

Day 03 -

In the morning and evening you can attend a Yoga class which will cleanse your mind and free your body. After this relaxing venture, take a guided walk to the Meditation Caves in Bambaragala. While on this walk you can embrace the subtle beauty of nature while learning about the locations and locales. Explore the caves of Bambaragala and take on an exciting venture of rock climbing. Once you arrive back to the hotel, take some time to rest.

Day 04 -

After attending the daily yoga class, go out to the lake where you can spend a fun morning paddle boarding. Enjoy the thrilling fun of this adventure, after which you can relax with a full–body massage done by a locally trained therapist. Sleep well at night after this relaxing and fun day.

Day 05 -

Bid farewell to Digana as you make your way to Galle. This city is a beachside wonder that is known for its culture and history. Residing here is the Galle Dutch Fort, a relic of Dutch colonialism. This location has been given the title of UNESCO World Heritage Site due to the well-preserved Fort. Check into the Galle Niyagama House.re.

Day 06 -

In the morning, do a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga morning class which will rejuvenate your senses. Later in the day spend some time doing guided meditation in which you will center your mind and relax. If you wish to, you can request an evening yoga class to feel more mindful.

In the morning, spend time exploring the city of Galle before heading to the airport for departu
